Refund & Return Policy – Tharveda
At Tharveda, we value your trust in our products and strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied, we have a 5-day exchange/return policy, which means you can request an exchange or return within 5 days of receiving your order.

1. Eligibility for Exchange & Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be in the same condition as received – unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The original invoice must be provided at the time of pickup.

Once a product has been opened or used, it will not be eligible for exchange/return.
2. Valid Reasons for Exchange/Return
We accept exchanges/returns only in the following cases:

The product was delivered in a damaged condition or is different from what you ordered.

The product was not sealed properly at the time of delivery.

The product was expired at the time of delivery.
If your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from the original delivery address and notify you of the scheduled pickup date.

For exchanges: Replacement products will be delivered within 3–5 business days after pickup.

For returns: Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
3. Delivery-Related Issues

4. Order Cancellations

An order can be cancelled only if it has not yet been shipped.

If cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.

Tharveda reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons such as non-availability of stock, incorrect pricing, inaccurate product details, or issues with customer information/payment.
5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

Please note that refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
