Refund & Return Policy – Tharveda

At Tharveda, we value your trust in our products and strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied, we have a 5-day exchange/return policy, which means you can request an exchange or return within 5 days of receiving your order.

1. Eligibility for Exchange & Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received – unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The original invoice must be provided at the time of pickup.

  • Once a product has been opened or used, it will not be eligible for exchange/return.


2. Valid Reasons for Exchange/Return

We accept exchanges/returns only in the following cases:

  • The product was delivered in a damaged condition or is different from what you ordered.

  • The product was not sealed properly at the time of delivery.

  • The product was expired at the time of delivery.

If your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from the original delivery address and notify you of the scheduled pickup date.

  • For exchanges: Replacement products will be delivered within 3–5 business days after pickup.

  • For returns: Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.


3. Delivery-Related Issues

4. Order Cancellations

  • An order can be cancelled only if it has not yet been shipped.

  • If cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.

  • Tharveda reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons such as non-availability of stock, incorrect pricing, inaccurate product details, or issues with customer information/payment.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

  • Please note that refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
