1. Delivery Coverage
- Currently, we ship orders across India through our trusted courier and logistics partners.
- International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Shipping Time
- We only offer standard shipping.
- Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 2–9 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (except Sundays & public holidays).
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly communicated on the website.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Order Cancellations by Tharveda
- Tharveda reserves the right to cancel an order within 48 hours of placement due to reasons including (but not limited to):
- Non-availability of stock
- Delivery location not serviceable
- Errors in product or pricing information
- Issues with customer information or payment
If your order is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
